Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Garelick Farms, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and account managers to optimize profitability and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing operating plans for assigned accounts
  • Leading customer meetings and communicating sales execution standards and processes
  • Coaching the sales team on growing customer relationships and improving service levels
  • Developing and delivering persuasive selling presentations
  • Soliciting new business with new and existing customers within assigned territory
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements include:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or related curriculum
  • 5 to 8 years of progressive sales or related experience coupled with demonstrated leadership attributes
  • Proven career advancement and record of growing profitable sales results
