Job Summary

As a Business Banking Relationship Manager at Bank of America, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and solutions to complex business clients and prospects. Your primary goal will be to acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $5-50 million.
  • Collaborate with local market stakeholders and teammates throughout the bank to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
  • Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit, and portfolio management in business banking or middle market sector.
  • Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business, and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
