About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Relationship Manager to join our team at First Financial Bank. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and development in the commercial banking sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients to identify business opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide expert advice to clients on financial products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in capital markets or within the middle market space ($75MM+).
  • Knowledge of structured finance and asset-based lending.
