Position Overview
Are you enthusiastic about building relationships and enhancing customer experiences in the automotive industry? As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in shaping our customers' journeys and driving our business forward. We seek dynamic, people-oriented individuals who are eager to redefine the car-buying process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs using the Asbury sales methodology.
  • Establish rapport with clients to cultivate a network of referrals.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and provide detailed product information.
  • Manage inbound sales calls and schedule appointments for prospective buyers.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-inquiry and after sales.
  • Conduct test drives and provide comprehensive vehicle presentations.
  • Guide customers through the entire purchasing process.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Maintain professional appearance and attire.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools effectively.
  • Prior experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old and possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks.
