Compensation:

  • Commission structure of 25% of the net sales price per unit, along with additional volume bonuses ranging from $500 to $2500 monthly.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish lasting relationships and create loyal customers. Assist clients in selecting their vehicles by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their responses.
  • Become an expert. Familiarize yourself with our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  • Build rapport. Your goal is to create customers for life.
  • Conduct high-quality and professional vehicle demonstrations.
  • Manage all showroom and internet leads to maximize performance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to navigate objections and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • A strong desire for financial rewards.
  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Clean driving record.
