About Unlimited Care Inc.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Employment Coordinator to join our team. As an Employment Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state, federal, and contract regulations in the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate applicant onboarding to guarantee full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance and contract adherence.
- Schedule field staff personnel to optimize productivity.
- Verify insurance accuracy to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with Supervisory RN to plan in-service training programs.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma (some college preferred) and at least 1 year of experience in a home health agency or 2 years of relevant record-keeping experience. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as is basic computer literacy. Bilingualism in Spanish and English is required, and a valid NYS driver's license is necessary for the role.
