Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at SCS Hospitality Group. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-casual or casual dining restaurant.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Working Conditions
