Job Summary

HealthMark Group is a leading provider of health IT solutions for healthcare providers across the country. We are seeking a Medical Records Processing Specialist to join our team in Lakeway, Texas.

This is an entry-level position that involves processing incoming requests for medical records in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming ROI requests and maintain 100% accuracy
  • Complete STATs within an hour and maintain a 24-hour turnaround time for all other ROI requests
  • Validate requests and authorize the release of PHI according to established procedures
  • Perform quality checks on all work to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintain a neat and clean work area and adhere to dress code and facility guidelines
