About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Client Service Representative - Medicare Advantage, you'll be responsible for contacting prospective members and providing them with detailed information about our Medicare Advantage plans. Your goal will be to enroll beneficiaries in our plans, while also ensuring that you're following all relevant Medicare marketing rules and state and federal guidelines.
What You'll Need- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary, but 1-2 years of Medicare or health insurance sales experience is preferred. Knowledge of Medicare products or a background in selling Medicare products is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a self-starter mentality are essential.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: You'll need to obtain a Life and Health Producer license from the Missouri Department of Insurance within 90 days of hire, and complete AHIP certification within the same timeframe.
