We are currently looking for a Senior Cost Estimation Specialist to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed quantitative estimates and proposals for diverse projects.
  • Utilize Aspen Capital Cost Estimator proficiently.
  • Employ Aspen Economic Evaluation software to create comprehensive project estimates across various disciplines.
  • Prepare and manage cost estimates for a wide range of energy projects, including oil and gas facilities, pipelines, and renewable energy initiatives, adhering to AACEI guidelines.
  • Formulate and coordinate estimation plans for projects of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Provide foundational bases for estimates and conduct Capital Cost Estimation (CCE) based on these foundations.
  • Present estimates for both internal and client reviews, addressing inquiries and articulating details confidently.
  • Review and enhance CCE policies and procedures to improve accuracy and consistency.
  • Lead a small team of CCE support staff and facilitate estimate reviews with project teams.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by assessing the level of effort required for CCE scope.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assist project services in developing and updating project schedules.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in energy, oil and gas, pipeline, and industrial projects.
  • Post-secondary education in engineering, technology, or related fields.
  • Formal training in using ASPEN Cost Estimator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • AACE Certification is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
