Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at The Learning Well, LLC. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide support to individuals with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 daily support to individuals with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Assist with classroom tasks, routines, and academic support
- Implement behavior management skills and Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- BACB-certified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
