Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at The Learning Well, LLC. As a Behavioral Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide support to individuals with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 daily support to individuals with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Assist with classroom tasks, routines, and academic support
  • Implement behavior management skills and Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • BACB-certified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
