About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Urban Strategies LLC. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to program staff, maintain accurate records, and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, submitting requisitions, and maintaining records management database systems.
  • Coordinate a variety of practices and procedures regarding human resources administration, including assisting with onboarding, orientation, and timekeeping.
  • Develop and implement systems to aid the program's functionality and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to eliminate complexity and streamline workflows.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 30 hours of higher education or 1 year experience working in education or social services
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal/written)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
