We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy. This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious organization, contributing to the advancement of health law and policy.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our university executive, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and conferences, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures, improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Analyze data and develop reports, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in a similar field. A strong background in administration, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for this position.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
