This role will also engage in recruitment initiatives aimed at enhancing quality-of-hire, reducing time-to-fill, and delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and establish connections with external candidates through various channels for the Supply Chain division.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for placement, ensuring that each candidate presented to hiring managers meets or surpasses their expectations.
  • Proactively design and implement candidate-generation strategies utilizing all available recruitment resources.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with relevant educational institutions and the community, participating in events such as career fairs and career days.
  • Create diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure a remarkable candidate experience by identifying and anticipating candidates' needs, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with the People Team to enhance the candidate journey while meeting organizational expectations.
  • Oversee candidate process flow through the applicant tracking system, adhering to compliance protocols and the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Work alongside hiring managers and People Team business partners to craft and present a comprehensive, compelling, and competitive offer when necessary.
  • Foster enduring relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing candidates for multiple roles simultaneously using various recruitment tools.
  • Previous sourcing experience with an emphasis on both passive and active candidate generation is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-volume corporate environment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of accountability and responsiveness when handling multiple requests.
  • Attention to detail combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills is crucial.

Compensation Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00, plus bonus.
