Position Details:

  • The Lead Account Manager for Cell Therapy will serve as a clinical business leader, representing our organization within the medical community.
  • This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with targeted healthcare professionals to secure qualified patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a designated territory, focusing on strategic relationships with key decision-makers in cell therapy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive patient referrals from oncology specialists and related healthcare providers.
  • Engage with cancer centers and physicians to effectively communicate our clinical offerings.
  • Conduct presentations, office visits, and attend relevant conferences to educate partners on our services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business drivers and execute strategic plans.
  • Identify opportunities for operational enhancements based on market feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales or business development.
  • Experience in promoting oncology or specialty services is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
