Chena Hot Springs Resort is in search of a dedicated Overnight Cleaning Specialist to become part of our esteemed team in Alaska. Our resort, with a rich history, provides a distinctive opportunity for diligent individuals. Nestled in a picturesque location, our establishment features natural hot springs and a commitment to eco-friendly practices.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness in guest areas, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms
- Ensure hygiene standards in the Pool House, covering bathrooms and locker facilities
- Uphold the cleanliness of the Resort Lobby, including restrooms, windows, and flooring
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Capability to lift weights up to 50lbs
- Physical endurance and strength for prolonged work shifts
- Attention to detail and effective time management abilities
- Residency on the property is mandatory
- Minimum of 1 year experience in janitorial services
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Accommodation options including double and single occupancy rooms
- Two complimentary meals each day
- Access to resort amenities, including the hot springs
- Employee transportation services available if required
