Position Overview

As a Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, resolving product-related issues, and escalating concerns as necessary in accordance with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our internal CRM system to arrange service appointments
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries effectively
  • Accurately document customer interactions within the CRM
  • Adhere to documented procedures in executing job functions
  • Diagnose product issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Follow set processes for issue escalation
  • Refer complex issues to the Senior Client Support Technician
  • Carry out additional assigned tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in standard desktop computing, including Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
  • Strong data entry and documentation capabilities
  • Flexible availability and readiness to cover shifts when necessary
