Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Control Systems Specialist to join our team at DSJ Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing machine and line control systems to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop machine and line control systems to accommodate new products or manufacturing process requirements
  • Conduct project studies, calculations, and concept and detail design, along with documentation of machine and line control systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support for our drum manufacturing facilities regarding machine and process control systems
  • Coordinate projects and assist with installation and troubleshooting as needed
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation in accordance with OSG procedures and the CE machine directive
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in designing machine control systems, both hardware and software, with project scopes ranging from single machines to full production lines
  • Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming, along with excellent project organization skills
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Systems and their application in work areas SMED, RCPS
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Experience in documenting design and reporting
  • Proficiency in a second (or third) language for effective communication with customers and vendors is a plus
