Veterinary Practice Supervisor

Position Summary:
In the role of Veterinary Practice Manager, you will collaborate closely with the chief of staff to manage the daily functions within a veterinary hospital, enabling the medical team to concentrate on delivering exceptional care for pets.
Employment Status:

Educational Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience that showcases the required knowledge and competencies.
Required Experience:
A minimum of three years of pertinent experience is essential, including prior leadership roles and a background in healthcare, veterinary services, or a comparable field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and nurturing staff
- Assessing hospital workflows and efficiency
- Training team members on client education, preventive care, and available services
- Enforcing Banfield standards and protocols
- Managing financial planning and budgeting for the facility
- Supervising daily operations and staff scheduling
- Providing leadership, resolving issues, and managing conflicts
