Position Overview:

The Head of Co-Brand Marketing Strategy will spearhead the marketing initiatives for CLEAR's co-branded travel offerings. You will collaborate closely with our channel leaders and external co-brand partners to formulate comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop and implement acquisition marketing strategies for the product across various channels, serving as the primary marketing liaison for product stakeholders, operations, and external partners.

2. Manage the marketing relationship with key external partners for co-branded initiatives, overseeing the planning and creative review/approval processes.

3. Establish and maintain project management and creative operations protocols and best practices for the product.

4. Supervise the marketing ecosystem for the product, ensuring alignment in messaging and campaigns; create the marketing roadmap and define KPIs for the product.

5. Lead cross-functional teams to execute and enhance cohesive marketing strategies that meet acquisition objectives.

6. Drive the conceptualization, development, launch, and activation of significant partnerships (travel, credit cards, etc.) to achieve acquisition targets.

7. Generate and disseminate accurate and timely marketing performance reports and presentations.

1. Growth in co-brand product performance.
2. Effective project management.
3. Strong relationships with co-brand partners.

Qualifications:
1. 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, partnerships, program management, or a related field, showcasing progressive career advancement and a history of outstanding performance.

2. Proven experience in building, launching, and managing innovative marketing partnerships while navigating complex, cross-functional projects with both internal and external teams.

3. Experience in managing relationships with internal and external partners, focusing on operations, building rapport, and establishing shared objectives.
