Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Dialight is a global leader in the design and development of industrial LED technology, providing efficient solutions for reducing energy costs and environmental impact. We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive the adoption and sale of our LED light fixtures in the Industrial and heavy industrial and hazardous marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share in key verticals, including Power Generation and Energy, Chemical and Petrochemical, Oil and Gas, and more.
  • Manage relationships with distribution partners, contractors, specifiers, and industrial facility managers to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers, strategic account managers, product managers, and sales directors to align sales efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide input and guidance on sales plans, potential new products, and market requirements for the territory and region.
  • Prepare and provide input on sales performance against weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives and budgets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5 years of consultative sales experience in lighting products to the heavy industrial and hazardous marketplace.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a good sense of time and territory management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with customers and distributors.
