Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to our medical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and advancing our organization's mission.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our executive team to develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner with our medical staff to develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of our patients and communities.
  • Provide leadership and support to our medical staff in areas such as quality improvement, patient safety, and medical staff affairs.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Medical degree and completion of an accredited residency program.
  • Active Board certification in area of clinical practice.
  • Certification in Health Care Management.
  • 5 years of previous demonstrated leadership in medical staff leadership roles.
  • 10 or more years of clinical practice.
  • 5 years of progressive executive management experience in a group practice setting in a multispecialty group practice.
  • Track record of successful leadership experience in a complex, integrated healthcare delivery system.
