- Master's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration
- Medical degree and completion of an accredited residency program
- Active Board certification in area of clinical practice
- 5+ years of leadership experience in medical staff leadership roles
- 10+ years of clinical practice experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
