About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Maintain Cleanliness: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Lead and Manage Team Members: Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they are performing at a high level and meeting our quality standards.
  • Communicate with Guests and Front Desk: Respond to guest requests and concerns, and communicate with the front desk to ensure seamless service.
  • Monitor and Report Room Status: Prepare and submit daily reports on room status, including any issues or concerns.
  • Manage Lost and Found Items: Collect, log, and secure lost and found items in a locked cabinet.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 1 Year of Customer Service Experience: Required.
  • Housekeeping Supervisory Experience: Preferred.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
