Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is set at $23.00, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and assist with registration and check-out processes.
- Manage PBX operations, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and special arrangements.
- Conduct nightly audits to ensure all financial transactions are balanced and accurate.
- Monitor room availability and assist with reservations as needed.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including key control and emergency protocols.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
