Job Description

As a Change Management Lead at Construction Specialties, Inc., you will play a crucial role in guiding our organization through strategic transitions and transformations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, as well as Communications and Training leads, to develop and execute change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of changes, mitigate resistance, and achieve desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support large-scale transformations.
  • Collaborate with ERP leadership and Core team to define change objectives and develop strategies.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify stakeholders, risks, and potential barriers to change.
  • Manage feedback channels and address concerns proactively.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on the status of change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing change for large-scale transformations, with a minimum of 5-7 years.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and promote alignment across leadership, Core team, third-party vendors, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
