The Role

We are seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team as a Branch Operations Supervisor. As the face of our company, you will report directly to the North America - Operations Area Manager and be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and managing all issues that need to be addressed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee all incoming rentals, perform and organize check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate team activities;
  • Handle customer complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
  • Train, supervise, and coach your team (1 to 3 people);
  • Prepare and clean campervans, monitor maintenance and repair needs;
  • Take care of the fleet, logistics, and ensure campervans are maintained in top condition;
  • Source and establish a network of vendors and external partners to assist depot operations;
  • Control workforce scheduling, manage and report inventory, and stock;
  • Assist in reselling campervans, prepare and present them on-site to prospective and final buyers.
Requirements
  • You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car being desirable;
  • 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
  • You're fluent in English (mandatory);
  • You're eligible to work in the US, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);
  • You're available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
  • You're a responsible person who takes your work seriously and can be relied upon.
