Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales associates to understand prospect's commercial lines insurance needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and submit proposals to carriers, negotiate terms, and finalize the marketing process.
  • Provide marketing analytics and support to commercial lines sales associates to drive business growth.
  • Maintain relationships with carrier underwriters and representatives to stay up-to-date on market trends and underwriting policies.
  • Stay current with industry developments, new product information, legislation, and technology to ensure expertise in commercial property and casualty insurance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance agency.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all property and casualty insurance coverages, underwriting, and rating concepts.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred.
