Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Consultant to join our team at Double E Group. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the converting and related industries.

Your primary focus will be on working closely with our global network of Territory Managers to provide rapid response and initial qualification of all opportunities requiring roll, shaft handling, and custom material handling solutions.

With a strong track record of selling technical products in a proactive inside sales role, you will act as a knowledgeable consultant providing immediate assistance and facilitate regional engagement with our network of Territory Managers, distributors, and end users.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, follow-up, quoting, and closing sales in conjunction with your partner Territory Managers, as well as travel (estimated under 10%) to support customer engagement and product demonstrations.

A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year reflects the expertise and dedication required for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and qualify their needs through phone and email communication
  • Maintain consistent engagement with Territory Managers to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding of customer requirements
  • Deliver proposals and timely follow-ups, culminating in the closing of projects
  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Develop and master product and industry knowledge to provide expert guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to confirm application design and delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication within the CRM portal and report forecasts and pipeline progress to management
  • Support marketing efforts through web content, email campaigns, and trade show participation
