Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and maintenance planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to resolve maintenance-related issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, facilities management) preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance operations, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance planning, execution, and budgeting.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
