Domestic Violence Program Manager/Administrative Support Supervisor

About the Role:

Prince William County, VA is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Domestic Violence Program Manager/Administrative Support Supervisor. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of two agency divisions, including the Protective Order Monitoring Program and Administrative Support Staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor treatment conditions on Protective Orders and report compliance/non-compliance to the courts.
  • Attend court hearings and provide outreach/resources to domestic violence survivors.
  • Provide quality assurance by conducting periodic reviews on data entry input by administrative support staff.
  • Manage and report on a federal grant.
  • Manage the agency recruitment process and serve as the primary point of contact for treatment providers.
  • Assist other team leaders with compiling information on performance measures for the agency and staff.
  • Support, assist, and collaborate with other managers within the agency and stakeholders in our community as well as across the state.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D and 7 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in criminology, psychology, social services, counseling or a related field and 7 years of experience related to domestic violence services and/or criminal justice.
  • Experience working with both victims and offenders.
  • Experience working with Protective Orders.
  • Case management experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Recruitment/hiring experience.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Presentation experience.
  • Criminal justice database systems experience.
