Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Paragus Strategic IT. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve technical issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on technical topics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software
