Position: Client Support Specialist in the New England and Upstate NY Region

Compensation: $60,000 to $62,000/YR Based on Experience + 5% Bonus Potential

The Client Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting the RVM Sales and Service Departments by delivering outstanding service to all Tomra clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction across departments including Sales, Service, Material Recovery, Billing, and Bar Code.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction at the store level for assigned accounts, which includes managing product pickups, supply distribution, administrative duties, and machine performance.
  • Address product or service concerns by identifying customer complaints, determining the root cause, and liaising with the appropriate department for resolution, ensuring follow-up to confirm resolution.
  • Support the expansion of the Bottle Bill within the designated area, which involves the implementation of RVM technology, the introduction of new categories, and enhancements to deposit values.
  • Organize and strategize territory coverage across New England and Upstate New York, including managing customer communication and scheduling meetings.
  • Prepare and circulate weekly reports detailing customer visits to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct bar code scans in stores as required.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
A college degree is preferred along with 2-4 years of experience in a business-related field.

Driver's License:
A valid, clean driver's license is required.

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English is essential. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred. Candidates should be able to read and understand simple instructions, write basic correspondence, and effectively present information in both one-on-one and small group settings.
