POSITION SUMMARY:


HES Facilities Management is in search of Custodial Managers to oversee cleaning operations across various locations within educational institutions.


As a Custodial Account Manager, your role will involve fostering and maintaining effective working relationships with custodial staff, engaging with clients daily, and addressing any urgent matters that arise.

The Account Manager will be tasked with conducting inspections, providing training, and ensuring adequate supply levels in each facility. This position reports to a Regional Manager who oversees a broader area.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Dynamic, hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Prior management experience is advantageous.

Requirements:
  • Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to compose routine reports and correspondence.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Compensation is based on experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PDF).
