We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical-legal office. As an Office Administrator, you will partner with our President to ensure seamless office management, compliance with policies and procedures, and effective communication with staff, attorneys, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage overall office functions, including facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and interfacing with building management and security.
  • Administer and maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulations.
  • Contract for necessary office supplies within prescribed budget limits.
  • Direct Records Policies, including scanning and destruction of closed files, organizing and maintaining file systems, and overseeing employee development.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible work experience in legal, medical, or professional service organizations, with expertise in business operations, human resources, purchasing, and workflow management.
  • Detailed understanding of the legal world, including depositions, trial scheduling, testimony, errata sheets, and related matters.
  • Experience working with medical experts, record reviews, Independent Medical Evaluations, Life Care Planning, Vocational Assessments, UCR reviews, and similar related matters.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal employment and labor laws, governmental compliance requirements, recruiting, and staffing practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with attorneys, clients, and staff.
Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
