At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical-legal office in Mayfield Heights. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and utilize your exceptional organizational skills to drive success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall function of the office, including facility management, vendor resources, and interfacing with building management. They will also oversee the operational function of the office, administer and enforce compliance with office policies and procedures, and manage the administrative aspects of employee development, including recruiting, hiring, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including facility maintenance, vendor contracts, and staff supervision;
  • Oversee the implementation and enforcement of office policies and procedures;
  • Develop and maintain personnel files and ensure accurate tracking of employee performance and benefits;
  • Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets and expenditures;
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or a related field;
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a legal or medical setting;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, recommend solutions, and implement changes effectively;
  • Familiarity with human resources principles, employment laws, and labor regulations.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
