Job Summary

Environmental Enterprises Incorporated is a leading environmental management and disposal company, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for a sustainable future.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Customer Service Team and other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Support the customer service team in managing customer accounts and resolving issues, including data entry and filing
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers, serving as a liaison and resource
  • Troubleshoot common issues and report findings to the Customer Service Team
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
