Healthcare Sales Representative

Serene Nursing Services is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the healthcare staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase the Serene Nursing Services portfolio of healthcare staffing.
- Market and promote Serene Nursing services to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.
- Generate leads, contact prospective clients, and secure new management contracts.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, business, or a health-related science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
- Previous healthcare sales experience, preferably in nursing facilities, DME, ortho, cardio, or as a clinical liaison.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
