Job Title: Business Development Manager Healthcare Staffing Sales

Serene Nursing Services is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the healthcare staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase the Serene Nursing Services portfolio of healthcare staffing.
  • Market and promote Serene Nursing services to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.
  • Generate leads, contact prospective clients, and secure new management contracts.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, business, or a health-related science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of healthcare or related industry sales experience.
  • Previous healthcare sales experience, preferably in nursing facilities, DME, ortho, cardio, or as a clinical liaison.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Nursing staffing sales experience.
  • Business development experience.
