Healthcare Sales Professional

Serene Nursing Services is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive client growth and new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing growth plans to increase the Serene Nursing Service portfolio of healthcare staffing.
- Effectively marketing Serene Nursing services to Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Hospitals.
- Generating leads, contacting prospective clients, and securing new management contracts.
- Utilizing personal and professional networks, company contact lists, and CRM tools to support business development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years healthcare or related industry sales experience.
- Previous healthcare sales experience, preferably in skilled nursing facilities, DME, ortho, cardio, or as a clinical liaison.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
