Business Development Representative

Serene Nursing Services is seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to drive client growth and new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing growth plans to increase the Serene Nursing Service portfolio of healthcare staffing.
  • Effectively marketing Serene Nursing services to Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Hospitals.
  • Generating leads, contacting prospective clients, and securing new management contracts.
  • Utilizing personal and professional networks, company contact lists, and CRM tools to support business development.
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science, or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years healthcare or related industry sales experience.
  • Previous healthcare sales experience, preferably in skilled nursing facilities, DME, ortho, cardio, or as a clinical liaison.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Nursing staffing sales experience.
