Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role that requires two days of work per week at our NYC or DC office. As a key member of our growth team, you'll develop enablement strategies that drive efficiency, optimize performance, and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Oversight of the onboarding program for all new RGTM team members
- Design, launch, and manage comprehensive enablement programs
- Creation of engaging content and training materials
- 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related field
- Experience facilitating impactful training programs
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales enablement platforms, and learning management systems
- A competitive US base salary range of $132,000 to $145,950
