Job Summary:
eClerx is seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to drive new business development and sales growth in the technology sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of consistently winning new business, strong commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted events, networking opportunities, and sales platform efforts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders at target companies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to raise eClerx's brand awareness and network.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of direct client-facing experience in sales or consultative solution selling.
  • Proven track record of consistently winning new business and managing high-volume multi-project environments.
  • Strong understanding of key sponsors and their operations, challenges, and pain areas.
