Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in the US to accelerate revenue growth and business development. This individual should have extensive experience in SaaS, focusing on driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
This role requires a strong background in SaaS or regulatory technology sales, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of regulated industries, including healthcare, life sciences, food, and consumer products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- IDentify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling, focusing on mid-size to enterprises in our two vertical industries
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirements and pain points
- Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries
- Partner closely with the marketing team to manage and nurture leads generated through them
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up, nurturing and conversion of leads
- Contract Negotiations:
- Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are favourable for all stakeholders resulting in closing deals
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product, customer success and regulatory content teams to ensure alignment between client needs and RegASK solutions
- Work with presales teams to develop proposals to be sent to clients
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities providing regular updates to senior management, using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8-10 years of business development or sales experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, preferably with compliance, consumer health industries
- Experience selling to senior decision-makers in enterprises
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
- Ability to engage with and persuade decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficient in sales stack, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams on a multi-cultural global basis
