Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in EHS in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of Cal/OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and EPA regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications in EHS-related fields
  • Experience working in a confectionary environment
  • Knowledge of safety processes and procedures
