- 1-3 years of experience in EHS in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Cal/OSHA, NFPA, DOT, and EPA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Professional certifications in EHS-related fields
- Experience working in a confectionary environment
- Knowledge of safety processes and procedures
