Transportation Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Transportation Business Development Leader to drive growth and expansion of our transportation planning services across the United States. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in transportation planning, business development, and leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and provide strategic guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive significant and sustained growth in our transportation planning services
- Lead and support client engagement activities to strengthen relationships and increase understanding of client needs
- Conduct and support proposal development, and serve in a project director or senior advisory role for selected projects
- Provide high levels of strategic and business vision to reflect the evolving needs of state and local transportation agencies
- 15+ years of experience working with state and local clients, with a focus on selling and delivering transportation planning and related strategy and policy services
- Experience across all transportation modes, with a strong understanding of statewide and metropolitan planning
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to work collaboratively with practice leaders, project managers, and business development units
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive significant and sustained growth
