A leading distributor of top-quality building materials, Weekes Forest Products, is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join their team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize results and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through research, networking, and collaboration with internal teams
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person meetings
- Negotiate and close profitable business deals across all products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have the latest product information and brochures
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and supply partners to meet deadlines and resolve client issues
- Manage client relationships and maintain accurate information in the contact management database
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of B2B sales and account management, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close high-level sales
- Excellent customer focus, with a passion for building long-term relationships
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
