A leading distributor of top-quality building materials, Weekes Forest Products, is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join their team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize results and revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through research, networking, and collaboration with internal teams
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person meetings
  • Negotiate and close profitable business deals across all products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients have the latest product information and brochures
  • Consult with clients to determine their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and supply partners to meet deadlines and resolve client issues
  • Manage client relationships and maintain accurate information in the contact management database
Requirements:
  • 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of B2B sales and account management, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close high-level sales
  • Excellent customer focus, with a passion for building long-term relationships
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and CRM

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, results-driven professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
