Core Responsibilities:
  • Technical Assistance:
    • Deliver both on-site and remote technical support for classroom technologies, encompassing projectors, audio systems, computers, and video conferencing tools.
    • Diagnose and rectify hardware and software challenges swiftly to reduce disruptions during instructional sessions.
    • Support faculty and staff in utilizing classroom technology effectively before, during, and after classes.
  • Maintenance and Configuration:
    • Conduct regular maintenance and updates on classroom technologies to ensure peak performance.
    • Prepare and test equipment for special events, lectures, and conferences as required.
    • Install and set up new classroom technologies and software in accordance with institutional standards.
  • Training and Resources:
    • Facilitate training sessions for faculty and staff on the operation of classroom technologies.
    • Create and maintain user manuals, FAQs, and other instructional materials to promote self-service.
    • Record technical issues and solutions in the university's ticketing system.
  • Collaboration:

Minimum Qualifications:
