Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled GIS and GPS Technology Specialist to join our team at ICONMA, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging GIS and GPS technologies to collect and manage as-installed asset information on gas service projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation processes associated with integrated systems, including hardware, applications, protocols, and revision control.
  • Participate in meetings and demonstrations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Travel to job sites and project meetings as required.
  • Work additional hours as necessary to meet deadlines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical understanding of construction, design, and record development of natural gas distribution systems.
  • Ability to coordinate project needs and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Experience with GIS software, including ESRI ArcGIS Online and Field Maps.
  • Basic understanding of surveying control practices.
  • Familiarity with natural gas distribution systems.
  • Teamwork, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn new topics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with an Associate Degree in a related technical field and a minimum of three years of applicable work experience, or a High School Diploma with a minimum of five years of applicable work experience.
