Job Summary:

The Senior Account Strategist will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and alignment with client goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to oversee the renewal process, driving timely and high-rate renewals to foster ongoing client partnerships.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and provide best practices to maximize the value and capabilities of MVP software and services.
