Account Manager

As a seasoned Client Success Team Lead, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. With your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen, you will be responsible for informing clients of new products and features, developing innovative solutions tailored to their needs, and helping them succeed in utilizing our platform.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client success or account management, with experience working with small-tier clients. A college degree is required, and proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, is preferred. If you are passionate about influencing, negotiation, and closing deals, this role may be the perfect fit for you.
Your Priorities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through phone and email communication.
- Inform clients of new products and features and educate them on the value of our platform.
- Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- Help clients succeed in utilizing our platform.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $82,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, medical coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) matching, professional development opportunities, and top-of-the-line equipment.
