Client Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team at Modernize Home Services. This role involves strategically building and maintaining relationships with top influencers from Home Services Companies generating $5M-$30M in annual revenue.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $75,000 USD annually, performance bonus or commission, equity in the form of restricted stock units, and participation in standard employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored account plans that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
- Meet with customers to present and gain commitment to optimized campaign solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of account management experience with capacity to upsell and cross-sell.
- Strong data analysis with experience using business intelligence tools like Tableau preferred.
- Intermediate/strong Excel and Salesforce skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in lead generation/digital demand generation marketing is a strong plus.
